  9. The Curriculum • High School Students 9th. Grade-Safety, Sanitation, Nutrition, and Employability skills. 10th.-12th. Blocks of Instruction including: Breakfast Salads Sandwiches Vegetables Potatoes, Pasta and Grains Chicken Beef Veal Pork Lamb Seafood Baking, Pastries

  14. Thanksgiving Turkey Dinners • In November of 2006, Robert Morgan Culinary Arts students prepared more than 600 Turkey dinners for local schools and employees of M.D.C.S.

  15. Superintendents Holiday Party • Robert Morgan students catered the Superintendents holiday party at M.D.C.S. headquarters in downtown Miami.

  16. Anchors away! • Robert Morgan Culinary Arts students preparing a welcome reception for the U.S.S. Gridley at the Port of Miami.
