  5. My reasons • My reason for wanting to work in the culinary arts field is because I love cooking. Growing up I have always loved how a kitchen smelled while people was cooking. The older I got the more I fell in love with the art. Even though its going to take a long time to reach my goal I feel as though I'm going to follow my dream and become a cook.

  6. Summing it all up • There is a lot to do when dealing with culinary arts. There's high school classes as well as college courses that need to be taken up. You have to have at least 3 years of training to finish. Most people think that culinary arts is an easy job but its not . Most people have to work almost 4 years to finish one course just to wash dishes. It’s a 4 year time spans and most people take it hard when looking for a job is so hard. Some graduate and wont get a job until they are 40. Its just how our economy works .
