  4. eLearning the story to date • Infrastructure • Providing network, digital resources, research and development through JISC, Capital funding. • Teaching Quality Enhancement Fund • Institutional L&T strategies • LTSN and project funding • NTFS • eUniversities • Exploration of wholly e-based learning including business approaches, interoperability, platform/services, international cooperation, global markets.
