CRAVEN COUNTY SCHOOLS STRATEGIC PLAN2018-2023 DEVELOPMENT PROCESS FEBRUARY – DECEMBER 2018 • Convened a 30-Member Strategic Planning Committee • Each school and each position represented • Digital Convergence Framework (Modern Teacher) • 6 Key Drivers: Leadership, Instructional Models, Modern Curriculum, Professional Learning, Digital Ecosystems, (Community) • Established Cross-Functional Teams around each area of the drivers to establish goals for the draft of the strategic plan • Throughout Fall 2018, each school was presented the plan and feedback was solicited to clarify plan and prioritize goals
