What’s The Benefit of TOTS to Greek Owners? Some examples from members regarding the practical costs of non-compliance with an officer matrix: • One T/C clause states hire will reduce by €250 per day per missing “approvals” this could equate to 5 x €250 per day or €37500 per month. • Officer change over costs c. USD 16,500 • 1 Extra master onboard for 3 weeks c.USD 10,000 • Lost charter: How do we place a value on that?
