How to View Applications and Attachments in the PV PAWS System

This section provides step-by-step instructions on how to view online applications and any related documents in the PV PAWS system. To check applicants for a posted position, click "View," which displays the number of qualified candidates. By selecting "View Application," you can access individual applications. Additionally, the "View Multiple Applications" feature allows you to review several applications within a single window.   1. Viewing an Application This section includes instructions on how to view the online application and related attached documents Section 5

  2. Click “View” to review applicants for the posted position. This page shows the number of qualified applicants for each advertised position for the department.

  3. Click “View Application” to retrieve the application to be viewed.

  4. You may review multiple applications by clicking this button.

  5. The “View Multiple Applications” option will open one single window. You may view multiple applications by scrolling down the page. The window with the completed application will appear.
