  1. Early Man Early man interacted with their environment by: Hunting animals Gathered plants Used stone to make tools Made FIRE

  2. Early Farmers Early farmers interacted with their environment by: Planting and growing crops with soil straight from the ground with natural fertilizer. Not using machines that pollute the air andharm the Earth. By making ditches to collect water and do it more naturally and not with a bucket.

  3. Mesopotamians Mesopotamians interacted with their environment by: Using silt to build their civilization. Letting the waters of the Tigris and Euphrates Rivers enrich the soil. They made basins in times of droughts to have water.

  4. Egyptians Egyptians interacted with their environment by: Buildingpyramids to bury the dead in the desert. They used camels as transportation which is a lot more efficient than what we use today. The climate was hot and the Egyptians adapted to the climate very smooth and didn’t wipeout the population when they came to such hot place.

  5. Ancient Chinese The Ancient Chinese interacted with their environment by: The Chinese liked to dig up wells for water. The emperor of China made clay statues of soldiers to guard his tomb. The Huang He and the Chang Jiang were their made source of water and went there frequently.

  6. Ancient Greece The Ancient Greeks interacted with their environment by Greece is one big peninsula connected by an isthmus. Greece has many islands and has 5 city states. Greece is surrounded by 7 oceans or seas. Atlantic, Mediterranean, Black Sea, Red Sea , Tyrrhenian, Adriatic , Ionian , Aegean.
