  1. What we stand for • Introducing Subsea North • We focus on emerging markets. We improve the running services and the value chain by reuse and interaction between the best players. In complex markets we need to cooperate and share. • Key elements for Brazil are training, logistics and spare parts in order to support the large growth of infrastructure in the maritime and drilling sector. • Knowledge transfer between Malaysia /Southeast Asia and Norway to cover manning issues related to Norway /North Sea, and improved EOR in both brown and green fields. • Fabrication in Vietnam, sub production, series, manual production and spare parts handling in Norway as a service for the oil industry. • Logistics and 3rd party services within legal, tax, transfer pricing, localization, financing, accounting, IT & Telecom, etc. • High speed global net, the net for IOR (mobile, fiber, radio link) • Supply change management • How to improve performance and reduce cost.

  2. Where are we? How do you become a potential supplier, Co-player, member? The company is located in Stavanger and our strength comes from our projects, partners and members both in Norway and abroad. Our customers and clients gain more then they give or pay for. Innovative solutions designed to support resource holders. Value creation comes from technical training, managing, consulting, recruiting, bases, fabrication, logistics and communication. We cover the whole value chain from design to build, operate and maintain. There is a general understand that partners, members may contact each other for giving and sharing information within a reasonable frame.
