  2. Ce este Responsabilizarea Socială? • Implicarea sporită a beneficiarilor în monitorizarea şi evaluarea performanţei guvernului —feedback şi exprimarea cerinţelor pentru servicii mai bune, astfel contribuind la o mai bună eficacitate şi eficienţă a procesului de dezvoltare.

Ce este Parteneriatul Global pentru Responsabilizare Socială? • O coaliţie de donatori, guverne şi ONG-uri care au scopul de a spori calitatea proceselor de dezvoltare prin dezvoltarea capacităţilor pentru a spori participarea cetăţenilor. • GPSA va contribui la reformele de guvernare la nivel de ţară şi la îmbunătăţirea serviciilor. • Pentru a atinge acest obiectiv GPSA oferă suport strategic şi durabil iniţiativelor ONG în domeniul responsabilizării sociale.
