  21. Methodology – Definitions • Completed • Any industry-recognized credential • Employed • Must be non-incumbent on entry • Must complete and exit • Must be employed within 3 months of exit • Know your audience and make sure they understand these

Methodology – Limitations • Not every single Navigation event was recorded • Embedded in the classroom • Announcements, quick questions won’t appear • Tulalip Tribes hired their own Navigator • This analysis removed “Orientation/Intake Session” • These are school and program-specific. Be careful with extrapolation.

RTC Employment Likelihood and Navigation Note: DOL definitions have been applied to these calculations – employment likelihood is reported for participants who have completed and exited WISE and are non-incumbents (incumbents are employed by definition); navigation counts are based on the participants used to measure the employment likelihood since they have exited and received a full set of navigation

Navigation Analysis: Conclusions @ RTC • Most students see the Navigator in group sessions • > 70% of students see the Navigator more than once in their education • There is some correlation between # of Navigation sessions and employment likelihood • This effect appears to flatten out after ~8 sessions
