Technical Update (1) • SIF Website Updates Walkthrough • http://www.rba.gov.au/securitisations/ • Securitisation System Technical Support Notes Walkthrough • http://www.rba.gov.au/securitisations/system/support-material.html • RMBS XML Schema (XSD) Walkthrough • Example Workflow Using Published Tools

  5. Technical Update (2) • B2B API Update • The optional B2B Web SOAP service provides a mechanism for IP users to upload submission files programmatically to the Securitisation System.  The module is designed as a WCF service, exposing a SOAP version 1.2 endpoint for use across different platforms as well as for scalability. • Identification/Authorisation is via an RBA issued client certificate and submitting machine IP address.

  6. Technical Update (B2B API Update-Cont) • Process sequence for Upload functionality on the Web Service side: • 1. Specify the B2B Web service URL and connect using the RBA issued certificate from authorised computer. • 2. Call StartSubmission() method to start submission  batch, passing UserID as a parameter • 3. The Securitisation System will confirm that the UserID corresponds to the Organisation(IP), and that the specified user is permitted to submit files through the web service. If IP fails authorisation, the upload process is stopped immediately, otherwise the Submission component is notified of the upcoming submission. If IP passes authorisation a unique GUID is returned for use in submit process. • 4. Call SubmitStream() method to start submission  batch, passing returned GUID, FileName and File Size. • 5. The Securitisation System will receive the file in the submission. As the file is received, the Validation component is called to check for viruses, malicious code and invalid XSD structure. • The content of files which pass validation is passed to the Submissions component. • 6.Call EndSubmission() method, passing GUID. • 7. The Securitisation System upon receiving the “End submission batch”, send results to the Submissions component which will trigger an Upload Confirmation email to the client, and proceed with further detailed validation processing • 8. Call GetSubmissionResults() method, passing GUID. This will return metadata relating to the respective submission associated with the GUID, including Submission ID, File Name, Deal Business Key, Reporting Period, Upload Date, Upload Status and Validation Status.

  7. Industry Testing Approach • Participation in Industry Testing is not compulsory. • Please note that there will only be ONE authorised IP per deal who can access the Securitisation System and participate in testing. • Industry Testing is expected to occur between 17 Oct 2014 to 21 Nov 2014. • IPs interested in participating in testing should send an email to securitisations@rba.gov.au by 12th Sept 2014 with primary and secondary testing contact details (name, role, email and phone number). Please include in the subject line of the email “Industry Testing Contacts”. • RBA will communicate to IPs confirming industry testing participation and providing further instructions by 26th Sept 2014. RBA will also providea testing window for participating IPs to perform their testing. • Prior to testing, participating IPs will need to provide 1) key deal data for test submission for RBA to prime the test environmentand 2) static machine IP address that will be used for testing B2B API.

  8. Industry Testing Approach • RBA will provide information to participating IPs prior to testing, such as: • Testing URLs and B2B API • Username (web) • Password (web) • Testing security certificate for B2B API testing • Test User ID for B2B API testing • RBA will provide instruction documents which will contain the following information: • Defect submission process • Testing support information (including contact details) • Participating IPs will need to provide details of the test cases performed and the results of the test cases. If an issue is found during the testing, IPs will have the opportunity to retest. • IPs may provide the submission XML files with actual or test data by email prior to Industry Testing.

  9. Q&A Session

  10. Wrap up • Industry Testing Participants are required to send the primary and secondary testing contact details (name, role, email and phone number) to securitisations@rba.gov.au by 12 September 2014. Please include in the subject line of the email “Industry Testing Contacts”. • Presentation slides will be made available online http://www.rba.gov.au/securitisations/
