  2. Where is the Mississippi Alluvia Flyway located? • The Mississippi Alluvia Flyway is located in the states of Alabama, Arkansas, Indiana, Illinois, Iowa, Kentucky, Louisiana, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Ohio, Tennessee, and Wisconsin, as well as the Canadian provinces of Saskatchewan, Manitoba, and Ontario.

  3. Why is the Mississippi Alluvia Valley so important? • The Alluvia Valley is so important to the migratory world because it is more than 2,300 miles long with a watershed of more than 1.5 million square miles, the Mississippi River is North America’s greatest waterway and the most heavily used migration corridor for waterfowl and other birds. With this much land/water this flyway is VERY important to us hunters located in these states because it brings millions and millions of ducks and geese to us every year allowing us to enjoy the passion we all love!

  4. Here’s a little bit about me! • My name Is Dakota(Codi) Gray. I am 15 years old. I live in Joplin, Missouri. I have been duck hunting for about 4 years now. You may wonder how I got into this sport? My brother in law Adam Reed is the one who got me into hunting. I would often go and sit with him when he went duck hunting and sit there and wish that I could be shooting ducks with him. My wish came true! We now rarely miss a day on the water blastin’ ducks and making memories! Hunting is a passion for us.

  5. Here is a picture of me from this past season

  6. Who I would want to bring with me • If I were to win this contest the person I would want to bring with me most would have to be my brother in law Adam Reed. The reason being that he has been the one who has got me involved in the sport of hunting in general let alone Duck Hunting. He has always been here for me through some of the hard times in my life and I think that this hunt would be a step to paying him back. He is a great guy, we both share the passion of hunting and I believe that he deserves to tag along!
