J300 Internal payment network for locations with registered users.

The J300 is a system of card and key readers connected to a central computer, allowing for real-time sales control and the establishment of an internal payment network. Users are assigned unique identification codes, and all transactions and individual credit information are stored on the central computer. This system provides convenient and secure payment solutions for hotels, workplaces, colleges, and other locations.

  1. J300 Internal payment network for locations with registered users.

  2. Real time sales control: The J300 is a new system of card and key readers. Each card read is connected to a central computer. The computer manages credit and sales. Each card and each card reader an identification code is stored. The central computer will be informed immediately a card or key is entererd transaction is made. In this way an internal payment network is established maintaining full control from a central point. User Code Machine code Transactions information. Information of transactions and individual credit of each card.

  3. Uses: • Easy creation of an internal payment network which is very convenient in - hotels, work places, colleges, or any other location with a number of regular or temporary customers. Some of its many advantages are: • Easy purchase of goods at any sales point or location. • Register all transactions without the possibility of frauds. • Elimination of lost sales by “no cash” when wanting to make a purchase. • Control over user credit levels. • Total invoices are generated for the customers without the need for generating individual ones. • Inventories are controlled in real time.

  4. Users cards and keys: The users card or key stores a unique identification code. All other information is stored on a central computer. The users identification code is recognized by the computer enabling it to manage the sales, discounts or credit assignations. In case the of a user losing a card or key the credit can not be lost. With the central computer retaining all the credit and transactions a new card or key can simply be issued. User 1 User 2 • User: • - Name and surnames • Credit spend • Products purchased and value of them • Machines or sales points were the credit was spent

  5. Card/Key readers: The function of the card readers is to inform to the central computer when a card or key is been used on a particular machine. The software maintains the prices of the products and allows or denies the sale. The system is also compatible with other payment methods such as note readers or coin payment system on the vending machines. Card/Key reader 1 Card/Key reader 2 • Card reader X: • - Prices • Allowed cards at that machine • Discounts

  6. Management Software: On the central computer to which all the machines are connected, the software plays the role of system master. From the computer software the machines, their prices and their products are controlled. User cards are generated and their transactions are managed. At any moment it will be possible to obtain a full report of all the movements made by a card or key. • Machines: • Prices • Vends made • Stocks • Money gathered • Out of products alarms • users: • Products purchased • Value of the products purchased • Discounts by products • Temporary assignments.

  7. System installation: Each machine on the system will have a reader installed. Each battery of machines is linked to a data hub, the data hubs are then linked to the central computer.

  8. System installation: Depending on the distance to be covered to the central computer the data hubs can be used as booster terminals, interconnecting them in 3 possible ways: Wired on a RS485 network, exclusive network for the system J300. Bluetooth, wireless network. Ethernet, in cases were a location already has this type of network, it can also be used to carry the J300 network. Red RS485 Bluetooth Ethernet

  9. Sales points terminals: To allow for the complete management of locations such as hotels or work places sales point terminals can be installed throughout the J300 network. The users will be able to pay at bars, restaurants or shops using their card or key. In the same way as a vending machine sale the information will be sent to the central computer. The sales point terminal will print a ticket in the normal way. The shop will register the sale with its value and payment information in the normal way. • User: • Value consumed. • Product. • Time of the sale.
