Grades: PK-1 • Elementary Classroom • Grades PK-1: Twelve (12) tablets • Grades 2 – 5: Twelve (12) laptops that are ruggedized (industry term, indicating built for durability) and designed for the education market. • Smart Projector: One (1) projector • Elementary Campus: • Library Checkout: Two (2) to four (4) tablet carts with 30 Tablets • Centralized Computer Lab: Two centralized computer labs per campus with Wi-Fi enabled laptops. These labs are critical for 1:1 class skills development and online testing. • Library Lending Program: 20-40 computing devices with mobile Internet hotspots per 1,000 students.   23. SUMMARY OF OUTSTANDING DEBT CALLABLE BONDS • The following table shows the District’s callable bonds as of December 31, 2018: • The District’s Unlimited Tax Refunding Bonds, Series 2009 and the Unlimited Tax School Building Bonds, Series 2009 are callable on August 15, 2019

TAX EXEMPT COMMERCIAL PAPER • The District established a Commercial Paper Program on November 3, 2016 • On January 22, 2019, the Board of Trustees approved expanding the commercial paper program from $100 million to $150 million effective February 20, 2019. The Board also approved adding the 2018 Bond to the commercial paper program • Currently, the District has $70 million outstanding in commercial paper; which when at full capacity and combined with the District’s outstanding variable rate bonds, represents approximately 24.11% of total debt outstanding • The District’s currently outstanding commercial paper notes are at rates ranging from 1.36% to 1.82% • As of 12/31/2018, the District has saved approximately $7.78 million in interest expense • The District anticipates additional issuances of commercial paper notes in the next twelve months; therefore, the District will need to issue refunding bonds in order to restore the commercial paper program’s capacity in 2019

UPCOMING TRANSACTIONS • Series 2009 Refunding Bonds & CP Refunding Bonds • Callable total for Series 2009 is $150.25 million • Include commercial paper refunding (max $150 million) • Pricing in April 2019 and closing in May 2019 • Total of over $250 million will attract more investors • Series 2015A and Series 2015B Bonds • Combine bonds for a total of $70.8 million • Remarketing in July 2019 • District will continue to monitor market conditions for future refundings

WEIGHTED AVERAGE ANALYSIS Bond 2014 Weighted Average Analysis Debt: Weighted Average Maturity 14.43 years Assets: Weighted Average Useful Life 21.34 years Per the Board Resolution adopted on 8/25/2014, the weighted average of maturity of the debt issued will not exceed the weighted average economic life of the assets by more than 120%.
