  3. East-West Center The EWCpromotes better relations and understanding among the people and nations of the United States, Asia, and the Pacific through cooperative study, research, and dialogue. The Center serves as a resource for information and analysis on critical issues of common concern, bringing people together to exchange views, build expertise, and develop policy options.

  4. Asia Pacific Leadership Program A nine-month program (Aug-May) with a five-month residency requirement, based at the East-West Center in Honolulu. Generation ten includes 35 participants from 20 countries, of which 6 are represented here in GIST.

CSR: Mitsubishi Electric Clean-up Activities at a Forest Recreational Park (Brunei) On December 12, 2009, the Ryoden Malaysia Sports Club's Brunei branch held a clean-up campaign at Bukit Shahbandar Forest Recreational Park, in Brunei. The park covers over 70 hectares of undulating land with a network of well-maintained paths crisscrossing the area. The sports club members and their families took the initiative in this clean-up activity. All the garbage collected was then properly disposed of at the rubbish collection centre. Through such activities, Ryoden is doing its part to promote a clean environment for healthier living among employees, the community and the people of Brunei.
