  2. 区位分析 杭州奥体博览城地处钱塘江南岸，横跨高新（滨江）和萧山两区，位于城市发展的中轴线上，主体项目建筑群与钱江新城核心区“日月同辉”等标志性建筑隔江相望、南北呼应，勾画了“一江两岸、双城核心”的城市发展新蓝图。

  3. 主体育场及网球中心 Main Stadium and Tennis Center 8万座的主体育场和1万座的网球决赛场通过平台相连。体育场基座内安排群众文化中心和非物质遗产展示中心，体育和文化在此得到创造性的结合。主体育场项目已于2009年底开工建设。 The Main Stadium with 80,000 seats and the Tennis Center for finals with 10,000 seats will be linked with an overhead platform. In the bottom layer of the Main Stadium, Hangzhou Intangible Cultural Heritage Display Center and Hangzhou Public Cultural Activity Center will be seated, to creatively combine sports and culture. The Main Stadium has started construction since the end of 2009.

The exhibition area is designed to reach a capacity of 7,500 international standard booths including 1,000 outdoor booths. The conference area can meet the requirements for high-level international conferences。In the Center, the “urban hall” can host banquet and reception for VIP guests. The office and comprehensive accommodation facilities are in three tower buildings including standard offices and a star hotel. The International Expo Center has been constructed since October, 2009.

It mainly serves as a center to hold sports training and competitions with combination in medical treatment, scientific research, news conference center and business center.

As we draw on the experience of ‘Metro Property’ of Hong Kong Metro, the station buildings and the surrounding area are to be built with market-oriented approach.
