Important Dates • Claims (both electronic and hard copy) must be received in the office by the 10th of the month. • Claims may be submitted at any point after you receive your reminder e-mail and copy of the claim form. • Payments will be made within 30 days of the deadline (ie on or before the 10th of the following month).

  3. Payment • Payment is made on completion of a claim • Single sessions may only be claimed if : • The service user has been offered two alternate dates • The court has been informed of non-attendance • Single sessions should not be claimed if the service user attends part 1 in July and part 2 in August

  4. Court Orders • You must have in your possession a copy of the court order or a letter from the court that states PIP has been ordered as a contact activity before you carry out the work. • Court orders must be submitted with the hard copy of your claim and be numbered with the correct line number for cross referencing.

  5. Sending and Receiving • All paper claims must be sent either recorded or special delivery. • All electronic correspondence must be through a secure e-mail address (CJSM). • Please make sure you are checking your CJSM account regularly – this may be how we will communicate with you.
