Design activity • The design activity produces a plan defining how the product is to be built and specifying the lower products from which the product is to be constructed. • In other words, the design activity starts with a problem and creates a plan for the solution to that problem • The design is a description of the parts and how the parts go together • Design works for physical products, documents, and processes 1.
