During the episode, Salman spoke very casually about all the diseases and struggles he's living with. He was asked about getting married by host Kapil Sharma, when the actor spoke about how hard it is to build wealth and how easily a woman might take it all with her after a divorce. He said that he is working at 59 years old despite many health issues and doesn't have it in him to start from scratch anymore, in case the ‘wife’ decides to take half his money. What is Trigeminal neuralgia , Brain aneurysm and Arteriovenous malformation (AVM) Trigeminal neuralgia The diagnosis of trigeminal neuralgia is a long-term disorder in which very severe, shooting and electric-shock-like pain is felt on one side of the face. When affected, the trigeminal nerve acts as a mediator of facial sensation. Very light touches, chewing, or even just talking can trigger pain. Rupture of aneurysms leads to hemorrhagic stroke where emergency medical attention is required. Treatment may either be surgical clipping or endovascular coiling to prevent rupture. Arteriovenous Malformation (AVM) An AVM is a tangled network of abnormal blood vessels in the brain where arteries connect directly to veins, disrupting normal blood flow. These malformations are usually present at birth but may remain undetected until they cause symptoms like headaches, seizures or neurological deficits. The biggest danger with AVMs is the risk of brain hemorrhage, which can be fatal. Treatment options include surgical removal, focused radiation or embolization to reduce bleeding risk. Why this is Important Salman opened up and revealed all in public, bringing smaller neurological ailments under wider consideration, with severity, for example, prompt detection and treatment of AVMs and aneurysms (MRI/CT scan, surgery, monitoring).
