  2. Accomplishments • Elected Bill Carney (TI) as vice-chair • BB-RF interface ballot failed; processed 160 comments • Further discussion on Upper/Lower MAC interface proposal • Upper/Lower MAC Functional split and Transport layer design Tim Wakeley, Hewlett Packard

Actions for Next Meeting • BB-RF interface editor will revise text based on comment resolution and submit for ballot 4 weeks prior to May meeting • Upper/Lower MAC interface proposal finalization for consideration by committee • Chair to collect regulatory questions and submit to FCC for response Tim Wakeley, Hewlett Packard
