  2. WEB-START.ORG is a Russian browser hijacker. No, it isn’t even remotely safe. Unfortunately, we have to burst your bubble right now because this program is malicious. And it will only become more and more dangerous as time passes. What’s the solution to that? Get rid of WEB-START.ORG as soon as possible. Trust us, deleting this pest is not optional. It’s a must. The minute your computer falls victim to WEB-START.ORG, trouble begins.

  3. What is even worse is that most of WEB-START.ORG’s manipulations happen in silence. Parasites are stealthy; they wreak havoc quietly. The pest you’re currently stuck with is no exception. WEB-START.ORG’s official website appears to be rather legitimate at first glance. That’s what hackers want. By giving out the impression it’s safe, the virus is trying to deceive you. However, if you do use the search engine offered on the website, you’ll get redirected. This is what will keep happening when WEB-START.ORG gets installed, only on a larger scale.

  4. Disguised as a harmless search engine, this pest is exceptionally tricky. It’s also harmful. As you could imagine, WEB-START.ORG redirects you to unknown pages. It only does that in order to generate web traffic to these pages. You see where this is going, don’t you? By boosting web traffic, this program’s developers actually gain profit. That is correct, money is the reason this infection was developed in the first place. It will not enhance your browsing experience even a little bit. Quite the opposite. The more time this pest manages to spend on your PC system, the more harm it causes.

  5. Apart from stubbornly redirecting you, WEB-START.ORG has many more tricks up its sleeve. For example, the virus modifies your browser settings. Of course, none of these changes involves any authorization or permission of yours. Both your default search engine and favorite browser homepage get replaced with the parasite’s own domain. However, this domain is unreliable. Its one goal is to generate tailored, potentially malicious web links.

  6. Speaking about these links, it’s important to stay away from them. Keep in mind that anything you see has been modified by hackers. Chances are, you could easily compromise your machine much further by clicking these links. Same piece of advice goes for the random pop-ups this virus may generate. They are equally misleading. As if that wasn’t enough, WEB-START.ORG is also responsible for some privacy issues. The parasite aggressively steals browsing-related data such as usernames, passwords and browsing history. Cyber criminals usually sell this information to questionable third parties with questionable intentions. This way you never know where exactly your personal details may end up. In order to prevent further damage, you must uninstall the virus.

  7. WEB-START.ORG is a website, which you do NOT want to see. If you do, you’re in for a bad time. You and your system are in trouble as you have a hijacker on your hands. That’s right. The appearance of the page is a clear sign there is a cyber threat on your PC. A browser hijacker managed to sneak past you, and the site’s display is its way of cluing you into its presence. Think of it as a sign. It’s announcing the existence of an infection. There are no ‘ifs,’ ‘buts,’ or ‘maybes.’ It’s a fact.

  8. There is a browser hijacker on your PC. And, the website conceals it. Think of it as a shield. It acts as a front, and the infection lurks behind it. As soon as you see the site, take action! Above all, it’s imperative to locate its hiding place. Find where on your computer it is lurking. And, when you discover its hiding spot – delete it! The sooner, the better! You’ll save yourself a ton of troubles if you remove it the first chance you get. If you don’t, brace yourself for a whirlwind of disaster. There are consequences to having a hijacker. And, you won’t like them. So, avoid them. Find and remove the cyber threat as soon as possible.
