  2. Most of the hardware devices and appliances such as routers, printers, etc. have lights that show the status of the device. These lights can be solid or blinking or may have different colours. based on the colour and status of these lights, the bot can tell if the device is working properly or if there is an error. Here green light means the device is working properly, whereas red light indicates that something is wrong. Simply generate and send a link which when click will switch on the back of your mobile phone and analyse the device and detect the problem. The bot will then automatically diagnose the blinking light pattern of the device and provide a handy solution accordingly.
