  3. Adjustments to Handbook • For Heads to consider • Charter • Section 5 Meetings • B) Group Meetings • C) General Meeting • Meeting are no longer are facilitated in the manner as described in the handbook • Request to modify based on current/best practice

  4. Considerations • Management of by-laws (sport/activities) • Create officers to assist in running the league • Chairperson/President/Head Athletic Director • Secretary/Treasurer • Athletic & Activities Recorder • Manager the website • Athletic/Activities rules committee

  5. timelines • Meeting dates and decisions • When can they go into effect • Proposals submission protocol • Deadlines based on budget needs • Provide opportunities for long range planning

  6. Calendar • Heads of schools, AD’s, coaches, teams would like longer seasons • Finding mutual weekend dates after each school makes its calendar is difficult • Consider • SAISA heads “block” three weekends over the course of the school year prior to starting their own calendar
