I believe in:

  • Faculty governance through participation and collaboration;
  • Administrative transparency;
  • Creating an environment for faculty members to develop and excel in their careers;
  • Working cooperatively with the faculty and other stakeholders to develop the College’s vision and strategies;
  • Leadership through consensus and teamwork;

  • Collaborate with other colleges to develop joint programs that serve the mission of the University.
  • Create special undergraduate and graduate programs to serve “niche” markets, particularly in northern Idaho region.
