Progressive sanctification begins at the moment of conversion and continues throughout life until glorification in heaven .”Hebrews 2:11: “For both He who sanctifies and those who are being sanctified are all of one, for which reason He is not ashamed to call them brethren” (see also 2 Timothy 2:21; Hebrews 10:14).

The Three Aspects of “Sanctification” • entire sanctification: “refers to a specific further work of God’s grace in the life of a Christian by which God cleanses his heart from self-centeredness (inherited depravity), and fills him with the Holy Spirit, thereby enabling him to love God completely—with all his heart, mind, soul, and strength—and his neighbor as himself.
