Workgroup Concentration Areas • Group 1: Operations • Program Funding, Inventory, Planning, Design, Construction, Maintenance, Other • Group 2: Administration • National and Program Policy, Definitions, eligibility issues, Service Delivery and Contracting, Program Reviews, National Stewardship and oversight, Rights-of-Way, Other

  3. Workgroup membership • 24 members of the TTPCC • 1 member from each region should be assigned to each workgroup • Look at the strengths of your regional members and decide • Elect Chair and Vice-Chair for each group

  4. Initial Assignment • Establish Ground Rules • Brainstorm a list of issues within your area that you believe should be addressed. • From the list determine the deliverable and timeframe for each item. • Next, determine both the priorities as well as what can easily and quickly be accomplished (low bearing fruit) • Now as a workgroup, decide how to attack each of the items you have selected. • Together as a workgroup; or • Smaller subgroups with team leaders. • Assemble a draft workplan for the group to present the entire PCC tomorrow. • Show the items, deliverables and timeframes if possible. • Take back to tribal members for comment

  5. Support • FHWA and BIA will participate on each workgroup and provide meeting space, teleconferences, and technical advisors as needed.
