  2. What do partners need to report? • Progress and Finance Report • Form C (Financial Report) through European Commission’s web-based financial reporting system called FORCE • Signed Original Financial Documents Reporting Period: 1 February 2009-31 July 2010 (18 month)

Progress and Finance Report • Use the same format as 6 month reporting, but please report for entire 18 months. • Make sure to cover each points in the reporting format, and capture key progress, main achievements, and potential impact. For instance, describe not only the fact you have completed the activity (i.e. we have developed a framework for analysis) but summarize what they are (content of the framework) and their potential use to wider public (how the framework is useful). • Submit photos, diagrams, graphics. • We need to produce ‘publishable summary.’ • Also, include finance/HR reporting in the same excel format.

FORCE: EC web-based system of financial reporting (Form C) Each Partner Gain Access to FORCE Fills in the Form C and saves it Submits the Form C to the coordinator on-line The coordinator approves/rejects a Form C Submits the Forms C to the Commission The Commission can request a revision of a Form C

How to access FORCE? • First, your institution needs to gain account through ECAS https://webgate.ec.europa.eu/FormC(Select ‘sign-up for ECAS tab) • Second, log onto FORCE, and register as a beneficiary of LiveDiverse project • Go to the same page and log-on to FORCE https://webgate.ec.europa.eu/FormC • Register as beneficiary under LiveDiverse project: • Project number 211392 • Framework: FP7 • Instrument: Collaborative project (small or medium-scale focused research project) • Sub-instrument: Specific International Cooperation Action (SICA) • Once you register, e-mail will be sent to the Coordinator who approves beneficiary’s access right. • When obtaining access to FORCE, please inform Yumiko who will be the authorized person to access FORCE from your institution. • Complete registration process by May 31st

Signed Original Financial Documents • Once you complete Form C through FORCE and your Form C is approved, you can print FORM C. • Require signature from your authorized personnel at your institution. • Financial Certificate: (Will confirm if this is needed for 18th month or only at the end of the project) • Send original signed document by post
