  2. January 1 – September 30 2010 76 hours 2009 108 hours 2008 70 hours 2007 40 hours Fourth quarter average 30 hours to plan and execute annual meeting and follow up
  3. Three key areas of responsibility#1 Liaison for officers and homeowners association (45 hours) – Monitor two email accounts (31 hours): Ugrove@umn.edu official correspondence klose004@umn.edu officer communication Coordinate volunteers, plan and promote annual events (14 hours): Grove Park Clean Up & Picnic in June National Night Out held in August Grove Park Buckthorn Removal & Picnic in September UGHA annual meeting Grove office duties: phone calls, email filing, billing, fliers
  4. Three key areas of responsibility#2 www.umn.edu/ugrove(23hours) – Created 4 new real estate listings; maintained 5 – Manage website mailing list: 100 subscribers!!! – Direct and collaborate with web tech – Added Forum Message Board – Added photo slideshow of Grove activities
  5. Three key areas of responsibility#3 Directory updates (5 hours to date) – 2010 updates in progress – New pages: officer history and kid helper list – Continue to request property owner history – Directory is a historical document – New residents get complete set as welcome gift
  6. 2010 Plans Update“What I said we’d do” Launch Grove e-news blog – monthly email Organize home tour and winter event – need volunteers to lead and didn’t happen Plant traffic triangles with native plants – committee formed
  7. 2010 Projects Done Grove Forum – message board Grove monthly e-news mail sent 6 times since April 2010 Special email edition on Grove Park buckthorn clean up MN Historical Society Mid-Century Modernism Tour
  8. 2011 Plans • Train new web tech • Add website metrics: homeowners page and for sale page • Create e-news template design • Amend or update by-laws • Promote Forum – message board • Add more event photo slideshows
