Hand Wraps VS Gel Wraps

https://thebloggerguy1.wordpress.com<br>I personally continue to buy both styles. When I’m in a hurry or just don’t feel like wrapping my hands I go with the gel wraps. When I have more time I use Mexican Style Hand Wraps.

  1. HAND WRAPS VS GEL HAND WRAPS VS GEL    WRAPS WRAPS        Hey guys, Hey guys,    First, thank you for checking out this post! First, thank you for checking out this post!    AboutayearagoIdecidedIneededtogetinshape.Myhealth hadgottenpoor.SoIdecidedtostarteatinghealthierand exercisingmore.Istartedlookingintoexerciseprograms, gymsandthingsalike.UltimatelyIdecidedonbuildingahome

  2. gyminmygarage.Ispentsomemoneyandbuiltupapretty decentgym.Ihaveawidevarietyofequipmenttobuildupmy overallstrengthandtargetcertainmusclegroups.Ofcourse nogymiscompletewithoutsomecardio.SoIpurchasedan EllipticalMachine.Itwasawkwardatfirst,butIgotusedtoit. Theyareagoodworkout.Ihaveajumprope,whichIlike.I evenboughtabattleropethatIwraparoundatreeinmy backyard.It’sincrediblyhardbutanamazingworkout.Byfar myfavoriteworkoutwhoeveristohittheheavybag.Itisthe bestpurchaseIhavemade.NomatterhowifeelingthatdayI haveenoughinthetanktogooutandputonmywrapsand glovesandbeatthatbagup.Itleavesmesweatingandgetsmy heartpumping.WhenI’mdoneIfeelgoodandI’mreadyfor theday. SoIorderedaEverlast100-PoundC3FoamHeavyBag ,TITLE BoxingProStyleLeatherTrainingGloves,Black/White, 16-Ounce andaEverlastWoodBeamHeavyBagHanger on amazontogetmestarted.IwatchedafewYouTubevideosand gotinagoodworkoutontheheavybag.Itwasn’tlongbefore mywriststartedtofeelsore.Throughoutthedaymywrist begantohurtmoreandmore.Itevenkeptmeupduringthe night.Somethingwaswrong.Iinitiallythoughtitwastheway Iwashittingthebag.SoIgotonlineanddidsomeresearch. WhatIfoundwastheissuewasmostlikeIdidn’tusehand wraps.ThatwasamistakeIwouldnotmakeagain. Ithengotbackonlineanddidsomeresearchabouthand wraps.ThemostcommontypeofhandwrapsIcameacross wereMexicanStyleHandWraps.Whichwereessentiallya longsoftstretchytypematerialyoucouldwrapyourhands andwristwith.Thepuristseemedtopreferthese.Soiordered someRingsideMexicanStyleBoxingHandwraps(5Pack),

  3. White,180″ .FirstthingIhadtolearnwashowtowrapmy handsandwristwiththem.SoIwentbacktoYouTubeand watchedsomevideos.WithsomepracticeIbecamefairlygood atit.Butitwasverytimeconsumingtowrapbeforeevery workout.Ittookevenlongertounwrapandrollthemup.But ultimatelymywristfeltmuchbetter,Ididnothavethe sorenessinmywristandallaroundIthoughttheywerepretty good.Myonlycritiqueisthetimeittakestowrapandunwrap. Somysearchbeganforawaytospeeduptheprocessofthe wrappingandunwrappingmyhands.Ithencameacrosssome GelHandWraps.Theycaughtmyeyebecauseyoujustslide themonlikeapairoffingerlessglovesandwrapthewrist tightwiththeattachedstrap.Theylookedlikeasimple solutiontomyproblem.SoIreadsomereviewsandtomy surprisepeopleseemedtoputthemdown.Theyallsaid MexicanStyleHandWrapswerethewaytogo.Idecidedto ordersomeRDXTrainingBoxingInnerGlovesHandWraps MMAFistProtectorBandagesMitts,Medium,Black anyways. OncetheyarrivedIwaseagertotrythemout.Iimmediately wenttothegarageandputthemon.Likeisaidtheygoonlike gloves,youjusthavewrapyourwristwiththestrap.Theywere alittleuncomfortablebetweenmyfingersbutIgotusedtoit. Andtheygiveyouaddedprotectiontoyourknuckleswithagel cushion.Butlikethereviewsonlinesaid,theydon’tsupport thewristquiteliketheMexicanStyleHandWraps.Overall theywereveryeasyputtingonandtakingoff,theyadded protectiontotheknucklesbutlackedalittlebitinwrist support. AftertryingbothstylesofwrapsforextendedperiodsoftimeI believetheybothhavetheirprosandcons.Onegivesyoumore supportinyourwristwereyouneeditmost.Theotherismuch

  4. moreconvenientandsavesyoutimeonyourworkout.SoI guessitdependsonthepersonoryoursituation.Ifyou’reina hurryandhavetosqueezeyourworkoutsin,usetheGelHand Wraps.Butifyouhaveafewextraminuteswrapyourhands properlywiththeMexicanStyleHandWraps.Watchafew videosonhowtoproperlywraptoavoidinjuriesifyouneed to.Ipersonallycontinuetobuybothstyles.WhenI’mina hurryorjustdon’tfeellikewrappingmyhandsIgowiththe gelwraps.WhenIhavemoretimeIuseMexicanStyleHand Wraps.
