Focus of the web site • Created as the main platform for sponsor’s business in an interactive manner and for brief information about men’s business fashion • Provide the option to purchase made-to-measure men’s business wear at an affordable price and collect at sponsor’s office at customers’ convenience. • It should not be a repository for information or links database, both which directs traffic away from sponsor’s site.

  3. Target audience • Men seeking good quality apparels at an affordable price. Age ranges from young adults just entering the workforce, to experienced adults. • Target audience may or may not be aware of apparel language. Thus the need to have pictures, drawings and illustrations. • Site should have straight forward navigation which is easy to understand and make purchase / make appointment.

  4. Access to Information • Maximum 2 clicks or 2 screens away from getting what target audience wants: Customizing apparels, making purchase and book appointment. • No links to direct user away from sponsor’s website to other information and then back.

Visual Design Considerations • Target audience understands what sponsor’s business is about just from the top portion of home page and how to go about using sponsor’s services on the bottom portion of home page. • Easy to understand navigation once they decide to try out and make purchase when they have decided. • Colours: Light on eyes, nothing flashy which distracts audience from making a purchase. • Font: Easy to view font which presents a formal yet refreshing look. • Graphics: Illustrations and photos to show what our products look like. • Theme: Men’s business wear

Site information • Customers’ selection to be sent to sponsor’s computer for record and validation purposes. • Maintenance of site: Sponsor to have the knowledge to maintain and update on a regular basis (once a month). • Contact information: Sponsor’s Office location, contact number and email. • Able to be viewed in most browsers and mobile phones.
