Empowerment in Fragmented Enterprises OR-BITS : OBJECTIVES • To develop the skills and competence of those working in the interfaces between companies. • The aim is to attain a balance between the needs of fragmented enterprises and their employees. • To generate information on good practices for personnel management in SMEs. • The project seeks good practices of • cooperation between SMEs • human resource management in fragmented organizations • empowerment practices • research methods for studying fragmented organizations and employees’ empowering • personnel training and development projects in SMEs Plenary Session - Equal Transnational Network ADAPTABILITY*4
