NORTH SUFFOLK PARTNERSHIPVISION Our vision for the Norfolk Suffolk 14-19 Partnership is: Direction and Vision – The North Suffolk Partnership will work together to secure the delivery of high quality learning and teaching opportunities in order to meet the needs and aspirations of individuals, families, employers and the communities we serve. This will be done by: • Offering Chances – for all students to achieve, through a broad range of progressive qualifications • Providing Choices – individualized learning pathways established for students • Delivering Quality – delivery and outcomes.

In order to deliver this vision, we will endeavour to ensure that: • Learners’ needs are at the core of developments • Everyone is given the opportunity to succeed • Our priority is high quality learning and teaching from committed, enthusiastic staff • We develop a ‘can do’ culture and ethos through mutual respect and trust • We become stronger by working together • We maintain an effective student and parental guidance programme with regular and open communication.
