  9. Consequences  1st infraction: Lunch Detention 2nd infraction: 30 minute Detention 3rd infraction: 45 minute Detention 4th infraction: Friday Night School Referrals/Administrative Action: may include ALC - Suspension

  10. Prohibited Items in School Permanent markers Pocket knives, letter openers, or other weapons or sharp items Locking blade knives Marijuana and/or paraphernalia or drugs Pills or medication May lead to suspension, arrest and/or expulsion

  11. Prohibited Items in School Laser pointers Lighters Matches Fire crackers Smoke bombs Stink bombs May lead to suspension, arrest and/or expulsion

  12. Serious Offenses May lead to suspension, arrest and/or mandatory expulsion Possession of an explosive Possessing, selling or otherwise furnishing a firearm Brandishing a knife at another person Unlawfully possessing and/or selling a controlled substance Assault or battery Causing serious physical injury Committing or attempting to commit a sexual assault Robbery or extortion
