  1. Data Acquisition Band DAB to recommend historical variables to download. DAB to review and modify list of edit checks (from NIMS) DAB to review PDR build document. IMB to specify how rotten/missing cull used in compilation.

  2. Statistics Band Treesper acre for plot will be stored in FIADB but not used for population estimates in compilation. SB will review list of historical data to be downloaded to PDR as provided by DAB. “Nobody is as dumb as all of us.”

  3. Band Leaders/M-Team How to recruit and retain Band Leaders? Suspend some local duties. Free beer after 10:00 AM. Generous cash awards. Suspend all National duties.

  4. Remote Sensing Spatial data will be accommodated in future build of NIMS (2 years?) RSB and IMB will collaborate on development of mapped products.

  5. Indicator Advisors Ownership data - Brett Butler will provide specifications. QA/QC data checks for PDR – Jim Pollard will provide national guidelines. IMB will integrate P3 with NIMS for build 1.1. MESS will contain data through 2002 only. Las Vegas to provide training in use of data. All IAs need more IMB support than we have resources. Help!

  6. Management Team M-Team to review PDR build plan with emphasis on basic needs. PDR Team to deliver program supporting P2 data collection by Nov, 2003. National IM system plan to proceed with increased involvement of IM Band (not just sub-Team leads). IMB to provide analysis of additional resources needed to deliver a national IM system.

  7. Analysis Band Historical data – AB to review list of variables by October 4, 2003 Glossary – AB will publish finalized document Biomass – discussed additional green wt biomass variables. IMB will review formal change proposal

  8. Glossary Cost of trip from Anchorage to Charleston (with per diem): $1476 Completed Glossary: Priceless!
