The Extras Portal can be accessed through the Expedient Extranet via the “Manage Extras” option in the “Tools” pull-down menu, without requiring additional login credentials. For Safari, Chrome, or Firefox users, access is seamless. However, Internet Explorer users may face login prompts due to a known issue. To resolve this, users can configure IE's Trusted Sites settings by adding https://*.travelhook.com in the Internet Options. This allows for straightforward access to the Extras Portal without needing to enter a username and ID each time.
