  8. 2013-2014 Guidance Department Goals • Increase the number of parents who attend Junior Conferences -Phone call a few weeks after letter goes out -Offer them during parent/teacher conferences • Have all senior meetings complete by the end of September -Give each student a date and time • Increase the number of elementary students who believe that they can talk to the guidance counselor about anything -75% yes • Complete the Comprehensive Guidance Curriculum for grades PK-8 • Increase classroom time with high school students -Silent reading time each quarter?
