Enhancing Strategies and Opportunities: TAEC Annual Meeting Initiatives for 2013

In 2012-13, the TAEC focused on executing Chairman Fulton's Strategic Plan by utilizing various task forces to enhance communications, professional development, and revenue generation. Key highlights included completing surveys for annual meeting planning, developing an anti-tolling toolkit, and clarifying chair roles. Efforts to strengthen support for STAs and ATA staff were emphasized through mentoring initiatives and resource library development. As we take advantage of new opportunities, all members are encouraged to contribute, engage, and utilize the tools and resources available for continuous improvement.
