By following the steps below, you will learn how to resolve the amazon fire stick not working issue on Amazon Fire Stick so that it works exactly as it did the day you received it.   2. You can reset your Fire Stick using Settings or your remote control. If your Fire Stick remote has disconnected from your device, see our previous article on how to pair it with your Fire Stick manually. Note: If you reset the Fire Stick to the factory settings, all data and personal settings that you have made on the device will be deleted.
