  2. PROTEO Group is born: • In order to make the efforts concrete in Arabic territory, it was important to create a structure with a legal and operative location in UAE and in Iraq. This, will have the purpose of supporting companies in the planning of activities to be carried out in the whole Iraq and Arabic Area, above all in administrative, legal, technical and logistic terms.  • This structure called “PROTEO FZE” will be the “trait d’union” between the Group of Italian/international companies and local operative companies belonging to the States in which the group will be called to operate.  • In order to make the service effective and efficient, “PROTEO FZE” should have the opportunity to establish a direct relation with all the PROTEO Group companies, detecting in each of them the key people for the action typology.

This corporate choice facilitates the use of local resources and their training in order to create a structure capable of understanding and addressing all the needs of the sites in which we operate, thereby guaranteeing the most cost effective safe, and quality performance consistent with Proteo’s standards and operational philosophy. Such a local presence also facilitates better interface and communication with local resources and the client. The Group’s commitment to maximizing the use of local resources (individuals or companies) and invest in their training, facilitates not only the transfer of technical know-how, but also the transfer of its business ethics, safety and quality standards, thereby assuring the client of the best all around performance while developing and enhancing the capabilities of the local companies.
