  3. 教学过程 • 1. 菜单填充序列; • 2. 自定义序列的使用。

  4. 菜单填充序列 • 首先输入填充序列的第一个数据：比如501 • 选中单元格（501所在的） • 鼠标指向编辑菜单→填充→序列

  5. 对序列进行设定 在此输入末始值

  6. 返回

  7. 自定义序列 • 我们经常使用到某个序列;比如我们经常用到初一一班、初一二班、… …初一六班;周一、周二、 … …周日；我们可以把它定义为序列。 • 定义后我们以后用的时候只要输入第一个数据，利用填充柄下拉拖动的方法即可达到我们需要的数据。
