  2. The EvolveYou coaching approach Life is a series of changes, some we instigate and some which happen to us. Each change brings an opportunity to evolve personally. It’s a process of learning - of letting go of what holds us back, of painful emotions and hurt, of past circumstances. It’s about identifying what lights us up, brings us joy, refuels our energy and resilience It’s about creating a vision for the future you would like to create and then working toward it step by step, learning and adjusting along the way. By consciously working with the process of change we evolve and change personally, Lyn will coach, support and guide you along the way.

Free half hour ‘getting to know you’ session It’s important that coach and client have rapport and feel comfortable working together As a coach I will sometimes ask probing questions and it’s important that you feel able to talk to me and trust that you can share your thoughts At the getting to know you session we will explore your hopes for coaching and what you would like to change, this will give us an initial idea for how your coaching sessions will be structured, although it’s always good to leave room for some flexibility as things will change as we explore and understand together

Finding Balance - Life Audit Sometimes we set goals and ambitions for ourselves without realising that they affect the balance of our lives and then we don’t understand why we don’t achieve them, or why it feels so hard By understanding where you currently spend your time, focus and attention, you can decide where to make a shift- career, health & fitness, wealth & finance, fun & recreation, relationships, personal growth, family, friends & social etc. We will review each area of your life and discuss what’s important to you in each of those areas WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT: • To get really clear on the gaps between where you are now and where you want to be • To pinpoint where you would like to make a shift and start to consider how that can happen

  7. Time Travel – the value of reviewing and reflecting We operate in a world of ‘do, do, do’, where it’s seen as important to be ticking things off your list, always being productive, achieving. The danger is that we never stop to acknowledge what we have already achieved, what we have learned along the way and the challenges we have overcome. When we stop to review, we build our resources and resilience. And confidence in ourselves that we can and will do what we set out to achieve. And we also know that sometimes it’s right to change course because we have learned something new along the way. We will review the last year together using a fun and interactive method which encourages you to map out your achievements, challenges, milestones and learning and acknowledge who you have helped and who has helped you along the way. WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT: • To feel more confident about your ability to deliver the results you want • To know that you have amazing resilience and ability to adapt to situations as they arise! • To gain insights which will begin to shape your vision for the year ahead • To pinpoint any obstacles to creating a thriving life • To start to consider strategies for overcoming those obstacles

  8. What holds you back – your limiting beliefs Our view of how the world works has been formed by many experiences in our past. We unconsciously look for evidence to back up our beliefs. You might – • Always seek the approval of all the people in your life (the need to be liked) • Have a need to be seen as competent and achieving • Feel the world isn’t a safe place • Need to rescue others to feel your own self worth • Strive to be a perfectionist • Have a need to control future plans All of these things can be strengths, but they can also tip over into things that hold you back and sabotage success – recognising your beliefs about the world, helps you to keep them in balance. We will complete a questionnaire which will identify your self defeating beliefs. WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT: • To know how and when you use your strengths positively • To understand some of the blocks and barriers that might be holding you back • To start to work on a strategy to overcome them so you can thrive and create success with ease

From Striving to Thriving – coaching sessions The life audit, time travel review and limiting beliefs questionnaire will have given us lots of insights to begin working on strategies for vision, goals and change. The next few coaching sessions will focus upon talking those through, agreeing actions and then reviewing at the next coaching session. This means that as insights arise for you, we can highlight them and we can tackle blocks together. WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT: We will create a plan, based upon the information from the life audit etc. The plan will have some agreed actions, these could be things to do, as well as things like trying out a different way of communicating, or behaving when you’re around a particular person for example You will want to know when you’ve achieved your actions as this is what builds resilience and confidence, so we will describe in terms of what you will see, hear and feel Non-judgmental listening and support as we review your progress each time we meet Questions which enable you to re-frame some situations or consider a different strategy for others Suggestions for overcoming obstacles and blocks A time and a place for regular review, so you can acknowledge your progress and adjust your plan/action Easier interactions with others as you let go of limiting beliefs, become more confident and comfortable with who you are Greater balance as you trust that you are succeeding and thriving, not striving!

Yearly Audit and Vision Board A 3 hour one to one session which includes: • Time travel review – the past years successes, milestones, challenges and learning • Defining your core values and desires – what’s important to you will shape your year ahead • Mini life balance review – where have you focussed and where would you like to focus in the year ahead? • Your future vision – create a collaged vision board, to act as a visual reminder of what’s important to you in the year ahead • Can be done at anytime of year and it’s recommended that it’s reviewed and refreshed every year around the same time

  11. About Me I value authenticity and as a coach I’m working ‘with’ you. I can help to guide you, ask questions which help you to reflect and reframe and suggest strategies for improvements. I believe that with guidance you have all the resources you need to be successful and thrive. I have some work experience and life experience that has helped me to develop the skills to coach and support you. I’ve experienced personal change when I became a single mum of 2 very young children (1 and 4) and began to rediscover who I was, what was important to me and what kind of life I wanted to create for me and my family. I experienced change again, when I met my (now) husband and relocated from Shropshire to Somerset and began to build a new life for my family and develop a career in a new location. I’ve had an enjoyable career, working with lots of organisations helping them to develop their teams and leaders and I have also had appointments in non-exec Board positions, helping charitable organisations to be successful. In the last couple of years my focus has shifted to supporting individuals and I’m working toward my qualification in transactional analysis psychotherapy. My learning from this enhances my coaching approach. Some of what qualifies me to coach: Over 20 years of experience coaching individuals, teams and leaders NLP practitioner Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development Foundation in Art Therapy Currently training in Transactional Analysis psychotherapy

Price List Thrive Coaching Programme - 6 one hour sessions including: Life Audit Time Travel Review Uncovering What Holds You Back And 3 ongoing support coaching sessions £240 (When booked as individual sessions - £45 each for a one hour session, including Life Audit, Time Travel Review and Uncovering What Holds You Back sessions.) Yearly Audit and Vision Board: 3 hour session £120 One to one ad-hoc coaching session - £45 per hour On-going coaching sessions for clients who have completed Thrive Coaching Programme - £40 per hour
