INSTRUCTIONS for the Dinner Loop Powerpoint

1. Use the font style and text size already in the template slide Turn on the guides and make sure that on all the slides for any given project, the text is in the exact same place. You don’t want it to jump around when the photo changes. If you need to move the text, do it only once in the four slides, and move it to a completely different corner. 2. The Architect’s Name is Bigger than the Project name – that’s not a mistake. Make sure and use the template font and and style – we’re probably going to adjust the slide but we don’t want to type in the job information. Do not put “inc” or “LLC” after your name. The other architects in town couldn’t care less what your legal name is. Use your brand name the way it would be used when people talk about your work. We know you’re architects. Unless it’s critical, don’t put Architects after your firm name either. Some institutional jobs have long names. You’ll need two lines. Campus name should be “Such and such building, Such and such campus”. Example: “School of Nursing, University of Minnesota” Review your slides in full screen format to ensure that the title doesn’t jump around and that it looks good to you. Tips
