  1. The A to Z of Pasta: Every Way You Can Cook IT The virtues of Pasta make it one of the most versatile food articles in the world. You can throw in almost any ingredients in a pan with Pasta, put in the right sauces and seasoning, and you have for yourself a fantastic meal and a tasty treat. The best pasta and macaroni manufacturer in India deems the brilliance of these tasty treats to be absolutely worthy of the attention they get. But is it really that versatile? Absolutely yes. And just to prove how much, here is a list of all the recipes that you make with Pasta, arranged in alphabetical order. Here is the “A to Z of Pasta Recipes” ● Alfabeto: The children’s favorite alphabet shaped pasta. You would usually find them in the soups. ● Bowties: Shaped like a bow tie, the Italian word for this pasta translates into ‘Butterflies.’ It is best served with tomato sauce or with a mixture of peas and cream cheese. They are also great additions to cold salads.  Cannelloni: Large tubes that are often stuffed for the best of taste. These are large sheets that are usually rolled and stuffed with spinach and cheese and then served with tomato sauce. ● Dischi: Dischi Pasta are round cut pasta made to look like caps or shells. They are best suited for making salads and casseroles. ● Elbow Macaroni: Short, dried and hollow, the elbow pasta is used extensively in making baked pasta and cold pasta salads. They are also used in sauces made with vegetables and cheese. Elbow macaroni has fans from all walks of life.

  2. ● Fusilli: The pasta with an Italian name translating into “little spindles,” the Fusilli is essentially shaped like a spiral. The pasta is made with thick sauces and veggies, which are often caught by the spirals on the shank, and are usually available in long, short, and hollow types. ● Lasagna: Square or rectangular pasta sheets that have grooved or ridged edges, lasagna has quite a popularity. The pasta is available in a boil and no-boil variants, and are often cooked in layers with tomato sauce and a wide variety of fillings. The pasta is called lasagna, but the recipe made from it is actually lasagne. ● Maccheroni: Also popularly known as macaroni, it is the most known variety of pasta. It is mostly made with either cheese or chili. Another great use of macaron is seen in pasta salads. ● Orecchiette: These are cup-shaped pasta whose name literally translates into “Little Ears.” Orecchiette is particularly loved for its rough exterior but a smooth interior and is mostly made in a way to hold the thick sauces, and veggies. ● Pennine or Penne: Another wildly popular kind of Pasta, Penne is hollow but is available in both, long and short cut varieties, sliced diagonally. Penne is mostly loved with vegetable-based sauces. ● Ravioli: A filled pasta that is probably the most famous one of the lot, it is made by scooping cheese, and veggies, thus creating a stuffed sheet. It is then cut with a pasta cutter and served hot. Often taken with tomato sauce, the most delicious preparation of Ravioli is often seen as herb and butter sauce.

  3. ● Spaghetti: Another popular choice of Pasta, the name “Spaghetti” actually means “Little Strings.” Almost as thick as 12th of an inch, the most popular dishes for spaghetti contain tomato sauce, garlic, and olive oil. However, the best spaghetti manufacturers in India suggest that you can use it with several other options. A great example is the Spaghetti Aglio-e-olio. ● Tagliatelle: A fresh flour pasta that is made into sheets and then cut in strips. The origin of the word Tagliatelle is actually the Italian word “tagliare”, which means “To Cut.” The most popular way of preparing Tagliatelle is to team it up with the cream and mushroom. ● Wagon Wheel: Literally resembling the wheel of a wagon, this pasta is often ridged on the outside to complete the look. Especially loved by the kids, this pasta is often seen to be served with veggies (to make children incorporate more vegetables in their diet) or in cold Pasta. ● Ziti: Originating from Naples, the name of this dried up pasta comes from the Neapolitan word Zita, which means “wife.” That is part of the reason why this pasta is very often seen included in several traditional Neapolitan weddings. Tubed like Spaghetti, but thick and hollow, Ziti is mostly used cut or broken and made into baked pasta dishes. Pasta is, undoubtedly, a real rock star in the way that it can go with almost anything your mood desires. Be it cheese, chili, beans, veggies, or in cold pasta salad; the chances are that you will always have a filling and satisfying experience. And it’s a great bet that you can express your satisfaction using all alphabets, from A to Z.
