Gustavo Gutierrez CRNA - US Military Training After finishing his military education in 1996, Gustavo Gutierrez, a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) has spent 10 years with the armed forces, serving his country in various roles. During his esteemed army career, he earned multiple medals and other recognitions, including the Army Commendations Medal, Army Achievement Medal, Overseas Training Medal, the Humanitarian Medal Award, a National Defense Ribbon, a Parachutist Medal and an Air Assault Medal.

After years of concentrated efforts, he graduated from the institution with a major degree, earning a Bachelor of Science certification that paved the way for his medical studies. After he finished his undergraduate studies, he stayed at USC to start his graduate level education, earning a Master of Science degree in the process. The studies that he undertook included the careful evaluation of various drugs (Decadron, Reglan and Zofran), and their combined effects in people who had a history of vomiting and nausea. His findings proved to be crucial for the safety of these patients.

These included the Parachutist School at the Fort Benning Army Base in 1992, a Sapper Leader Course in Fort Leonard in the same year, Lieutenant School in 1996, Ranger School in 2000 and the Officer Candidate School a couple of years later. After finishing his graduate studies at the University of Southern California, Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist Gustavo Gutierrez (CRNA) has become a Research Assistant at the same med-school, earning a spot in the Cardiothoracic Surgery department. While being at USC, he conducted long-term studies on the effect of bypass perfusion on blood products during open heart surgery.

Gustavo Gutierrez CRNA - An Esteemed Anesthetist and Anesthesiologist After completing years of training in anesthesiology, including a medical school education, an internship, and an outpatient accreditation at AAAASF, Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) Gustavo Gutierrez has become an accredited anesthesiologist. As a trained physician who is well-versed in perioperative medicine, he can administer anesthesia before any surgical procedure. This certification also allows him to provide supervision for anesthetists.
