Facility Highlights • Major construction/renovations have modernized Fort Bliss FMWR • 52-lane automated Bowling Center/state-of-the-art automatic scorers newly renovated • Lodging at Fort Bliss • Army Strong Gym to open mid June (largest Army Fitness Center) • The Centennial Banquet and Conference Center (currently being renovated) • Underwood Golf Course with two 18-hole courses

Located at ACS in Bldg. 2494 • Wounded Warrior Assistance Fund - Grants available for hardship cases - Wounded Warrior donated funds • Army Emergency Relief

MWR Customer Service Programs Facility Checks Facility checks are done by Marketing Staff bi monthly to check cleanliness, check hours of operation signs and services, ICE flyers are clearly displayed and evaluate staff appearance and attitude. ICE Comment Cards The Interactive Customer Evaluation (ICE) system is a web based tool that allows customers to submit online comment cards to rate the service they have encountered at MWR facilities. Mystery Shopper Mystery shoppers are customers hired to evaluate customer service and facility standards at numerous locations on post by posing as the average customer. If you are interested in becoming a Mystery Shopper please call 568-6078. Customer Service Training Programs include “Telephone Doctor”, Operation Excellence and others. Let us know how we’re doing!
