Role of NPL’s in Priority Setting • Gather information from a wide range of stakeholders • Interact with other NPLs within USDA, and at other federal agencies, to coordinate and leverage • Integrate all of the information gathered, using the 5 priorities • Develop program areas commensurate with funding available…which is never enough!
