  1. Vallersund oppvekstsenter 2014/15 Fravær i elevgruppa – prosedyre Ved planlagt fravær søkes det permisjon fra undervisning i forkant av fravær. Kontaktlærer kan gi permisjon i inntil 1 uke. Rektor kan gi permisjon i inntil 2 uker. Ved annet fravær må foresatte melde fra til kontaktlærer fortrinnsvis via sms eller pr. telefon. Dersom fravær ikke er meldt, tar skolen kontakt med foresatte for å avklare elevfravær. Ved manglende melding føres fravær som ugyldig fravær. Fravær bør ikke overstige 5 dager pr. halvår = 10 dager pr. skoleår. Hvis fraværet overstiger 5/10 dager, drøfter kontaktlærer fraværet med foresatte. Kontaktlærer informerer rektor angående samtale med foresatte.
