  2. Agenda • The purpose of this meeting is to present W.P.D.I. with a formal proposal of the project plan. • We will discuss: • What will be built into the website • Risks and Concerns • Timetable for project deadlines • What we need from W.P.D.I

  3. Use Cases: A brief description The number elements in a website are determined by each unique user of the site Each element is broken up into the number of tasks it takes to build it Each task is assigned a Use Case Each Use Case is then assigned a level of priority and complexity

  4. Use Cases: General User This Use Case refers to the things the General User can see and do on the website.

  5. Use Cases: Human Resources This Use Case refers to the things the HR representative can see and do on the website.

  6. Use Cases: Administrator This Use Case refers to the things the Website Administrator can see and do on the website.

  7. Use Case Points: A brief overview In order to determine the amount of time it will take to complete all the Use Cases is derived by a complex calculation that includes taking Environmental Factors and Technical Factors into account and then by factoring in a number based on the complexity and number of Use Cases
