  4. Logging In http://dst.cncentral.net Enter Username and Password Username: First Initial of First Name and Last Name Password: inteam1234

District Agency Using Menu Compliance Tool • Search/ Create New Menus: Upload USDA Spreadsheet vs. inTEAM Menu Compliance Tool • Total Feeding Figure • Add New Items and Remove All Items • Meal Component Selection- Calculation • Stored Database of Recipe or Combo Name within the day • Stored Database of Menu Items from all menus created in district • Simplified Nutrient Data: Calories, Saturated Fat, Optional Sodium • Recipe-Entrée and Recipe • Recipe- Entrée and Recipes vs. all other food items • 4 required fields that appear: Vegetable Incl Juice, Vegetable Juice, Fruit Incl Juice and Fruit Juice • Districts responsibility to do the math on all menu items to yield 1 serving • Duplicate Existing Menu: Menu from one days to other days in current menu and Menu from days in another menu into current menu • Submit for Approval vs. Creating Menus for Menu Planning • District Notes • Attestation Statement

  7. Search/Create Menus Search defaults to all menus created by the district. Menus can be created by using the “Add New Menu” button.

  8. Create New Menus Upload USDA Spreadsheet or Create New Menus in inTEAM’s Menu Compliance Tool

  9. Menu Items • Add New Items and Remove All Items • Meal Component Selection- Calculation • Stored Database of Recipe or Combo Name within the day • Stored Database of Menu Items from all menus created in district • Simplified Nutrient Data: Calories, Saturated Fat, Optional Sodium

  10. Recipe-Entrée and Recipes Recipe- Entree Recipe (Option 1) Enter a Recipe in as two separate meal components (Combo-Option 2)

  11. Recipe- Entrée and Recipes vs. all other food items Recipe-Entrée and Recipes account for Calories, Saturated Fat, and Sodium in the Recipe- Entrée and Recipe meal component line. When the creditable meal component is added only the creditable portion size and unit of measure needs to be accounted for. All other accompanying food items must include the creditable portion size, unit of measure and the simplified nutrient data.

  21. 4, 6, 7 Day Capability Both existing menus and newly created menus will have Monday through Friday designated as operating days, and Sunday/Saturday designated as non-operating days.

  22. 4, 6, 7 Day Capability Operating days will display the message [This day is currently an operating day, click here to designate it as a non-operating day.] under the [Add New Item]/[Remove All Items] buttons. This message will display whether the menu has menu items or not. The user can click on the [here] link to change the day to a non-operating day.
