Employee Conduct & Training • Employee Code of Conduct on the Job • Employees must be clean, neat, and wear a proper uniform bearing TruGreen LandCare’s name. • Employees must use proper safety equipment: steel-toe boots, safety vests, safety glasses, and earplugs. • Show respect to all individuals on the property at all times. • No weapon of any kind is permitted. • The use of profanity or provocative language is prohibited. • Contractor shall not allow unauthorized persons on property. • No radios or loud music on property. • No alcoholic beverages permitted on property. • No employee shall be intoxicated while on property. Certified Landscape Technician Training: TGLC encourages and sponsors employees for advanced education to become a Certified Landscape Technician, QAL and QAC. Each employee has the opportunity to advance individual skills through advanced training programs in the area of Irrigation Technician, Chemical Technician, Enhancement Supervisor, Crew Leader and Area Manager

  8. Consistent Supervisor & Crew • We will communicate your success criteria to your weekly crew supervisor to insure your regular site work requirements are met, then he or she will follow up with you on the work performed so you won’t have to micro manage the landscaping.

  9. Issue Resolution System • Professional Support is on duty locally 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. M-F to help with issue resolution. Your site representative will receive an instant text message, your issue is documented in our automated resolution system, a deadline is set then tracked by mgmt for its completion.

  10. We’ll Avoid Old Mistakes • The same supervisor and crew will service your property each week so they will know which areas need constant attention and what areas require special care.

  11. Proactive H2O Management • Your Professional Site Representative will proactively adjust the irrigation run times to avoid excess water accumulation in low areas during the rainy season.
